Terms & Conditions

1. Website operator

This website and the Startacad learning service are currently operated by Avishkar S, an individual/sole proprietor. A business contact address has not yet been provided. For support, contact sakfilings@gmail.com.

2. Course and access

The course currently offered is “AI for Business & Productivity — Beginner to Practical User”. The proposed public price is ₹999 as a one-time payment. The final checkout must clearly state the course contents, access period, support arrangements and any applicable taxes before payment. The proposed access period is 12 months from successful enrolment, subject to final confirmation.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use. Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared, resold or used to redistribute course materials.

4. Learning content and permitted use

Course materials are for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute or commercially exploit Startacad content without written permission. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output and complying with applicable laws and workplace policies.

5. Educational disclaimer

The course provides general educational information. It does not guarantee employment, income, business growth, savings, professional accreditation or any particular result. A Startacad completion certificate, if issued, records completion of the stated course requirements and is not an accredited qualification.

6. Price, payment and receipts

The price shown at checkout is the amount payable. Startacad currently states that it is not GST-registered. No GST amount will be separately collected unless the legal position changes and the checkout is updated. A receipt or invoice will be issued in the legally appropriate form. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

7. Cancellations and refunds

The final refund and cancellation policy must be displayed before payment. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact sakfilings@gmail.com for support. Do not launch checkout until a clear, legally reviewed refund policy is published.

8. Availability and changes

We may update course materials, features or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account where reasonably practicable. We will not use this clause to remove statutory consumer rights.
